First Snow

We received our first snowfall of the season last night. A few inches to cover the ground and make me long for my Tucson days. I actually found myself Googling Tucson resorts today dreaming of a vacation soon. Best part of the morning was this conversation.

Me: "Marley, look what happened outside."

Marley: "It snowed. Oh No! What a mess. We'll have to clean it up Mommy."

She is her mother's daughter, and sometimes so precious it brings a tear to the eye.

Notice the footprints in the snow? Those are Adam's going to the shed to get the shovel.  We were totally unprepared and wishing this just didn't happen this early in November.
