What a Week

We had a good first week around the house.  Mee Maw and Paw Paw were here for the weekend and Grandma Glenda and Grandpa Gary came for a day to play as well. Adam was home all week on paternity leave, so it was a little like we were on vacation.  We got lots of naps, watched movies, and enjoyed the time with the little ones.  Donovan had his 1 week check up.  He already had gained back the few ounces he lost in the hospital plus 1 oz, so he weighed in at 8 lbs, 8 oz this week.  Marley has been warming up to "J" a lot, asking to hold him and giving him advice and kisses from his big sister.  They talk a lot actually.  We even made a special trip into Marley's class at daycare to take treats and to let her show off Donovan.
