Musical Summer

We've always known Marley loves music and dancing, but it has really come out of her this summer.  She loves The Beatles and knows a lot of lyrics to her favorite songs (Sgt. Pepper, Eight Days a Week, and Hello Goodbye).  She makes us go downstairs to play Beatles Rock Band every day and even takes our Beatles drink coasters to bed with her at night.  Lately she has also gotten into dancing with "Jackson" (Michael Jackson's Wii game).  She's picked up quite the moves in the past few weeks.

Here's an artistic, sideways version of Marley singing "Hello Goodbye".

She has also adopted Adam's iPod Touch as her own.  It amazes me how well a 2-year old can run technology, but then again, am I really surprised?  She is my daughter.  She plays a ton of music, checks out YouTube for her favorite movie trailers and plays logic games like Fling as well as Frisbee and Hoops.

Marley with her iPod in her favorite catcher stance.  She can sit like that all day.

To top off her music habit, her hair style is forming into a legend of its own.  It doesn't matter how much I brush her hair (she hates it by the way), it always looks like the same curly mop that I love.  After naps and the morning are the best.  Her hair gets super curly and crazy.  Check out her new, after nap, Flock of Seagulls look.
